A sprawling hillside residence was experiencing settlement on an interior swimming pool deck and surrounding atrium. Difficult terrain and a large deck limited access and added additional time to the job.

After reviewing all aspects of the job, it was decided that six exterior and two interior piers would be required to raise the atrium. The pool deck would then be mudjacked to complete the repair.

All piers were advanced to an average of 12 feet and the entire structure was raised. After all the floors were leveled, the wood flooring and deck were reassembled. The homeowners were happily swimming and enjoying their deck by the weekend.
